What Statusly does
Statusly helps users receive Telegram online/offline alerts and view recent activity history for contacts whose status is visible to the connected Telegram account. Statusly does not bypass Telegram privacy settings and cannot reveal hidden last seen or hidden online status.
Information we may process
To provide the service, Statusly may process your Telegram user identifier, bot interaction data, selected contact identifiers, watchlist settings, subscription status, payment-related status, and online/offline events that are visible to your connected account.
Statusly may also process technical data such as basic logs, timestamps, error messages, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to run the Telegram bot, send alerts, keep recent activity history according to your plan, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.
Data retention
Recent activity history may be retained for different periods depending on your plan. Service logs may be kept for maintenance and security. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the deletion page or by contacting support.
Third parties
Statusly works through Telegram and may rely on Telegram platform features. Payments may be processed through Telegram Stars or another payment provider if enabled. Statusly is not affiliated with Telegram.
